Some of my best and most loyal clients do not need to eat gluten free, but just LOVE my cake flavors and designs. I myself am not gluten-free, but I have a daughter with celiac disease. So I know what good cake tastes like... and trust me... mine IS THAT GOOD. Just ask around! I understand the concerns around cross-contamination that can ruin any celebration. I ONLY bake gluten-free so there is no need to worry!

“I found Ami at a Bridal expo in Spring 2019 and was SO impressed. I went with 2 other brides to be and we all agreed Ami's cakes were the best cakes at the expo out of all the vendors, not just specialty bakers. My fiance is allergic to milk, eggs and gluten and I was absolutely delighted to find someone who made both gluten free and vegan cakes. We went a little less traditional for our wedding cake, chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. Not only was Ami SO easy to work with, the cake she created for us was perfect. We had little dragons for a cake topper and weren't sure what to do and she made a sweet little tree stump out of fondant (I think?) that was so cute! I am not exaggerating when I say it's the best chocolate cake I've ever had. I will absolutely be ordering more from her for all our cake occasions!”
